Over the last year, Sets & Reps has grown and evolved massively, gaining more workouts, more features and becoming more and more useful and powerful! We were all thinking one day and thought “how many apps do Sets & Reps replace?” The app now has lots of features with loads more to come, so let’s run through the Sets & Reps Features and why our app replaces other apps!
The Timer
Sets & Reps have many helpful timers that you can use in the app, The main timer within a workout which has multiple time options and that can be opened from within a workout with a click of a button choose how long you need and away you go, minimal effort so you can focus on your workouts, We also have a dedicated timer designed to help you with your Tabata workout or your circuit workouts, Select the timer then all you have to do is select your time split, you can choose the 20/10 or the 30/30 times or many of the more available. This Free timer will help you with whatever workout you are doing! Great for home workouts, in the gym workouts or even use in PT sessions!
The Workouts
Sets & Reps has a huge variety of workouts ranging from full-blown 20-40 minute workouts all the way down to 4-minute workouts. With such a variety and such a range of workouts, we can guarantee there is a workout for everyone on the app! Most of our workouts don’t need any equipment or even much space. Just a small room and a bit of determination will get you a long way with our app!
If you are looking for something more advanced then we have kettlebell and resistance band workouts, these are designed to help strengthen and build muscle! Choose your own weight and we will do the rest! Give one of them a go and test your strength.
We are working to update all our workouts with new routines and some new exercises to keep it fresh and challenging! Keep an eye out to that!
The Advice
One of our most useful features is the advice service, Sets and Reps offer a free advice service you can DM us on any of our Instagram or you can use the contact forms on the app or on the site. Ask us your fitness questions and we will get back to you with an answer! Hopefully, we can change the rumours and false information that is going around at the moment!
With the use of the internet, it is easy to search google for your answer but the issue here is what do you trust? So many people posting so much information, what is real, what’s true and what is false and fake? Well, send us your question and we will answer with nothing but the truth! It might be nutrition, working out or any other fitness question you can think off, if you want it answered, send it our way!
The Macro/Calorie Calculator
This is the most popular out of all the Sets & Reps Features, The Macro Calculator! Dieting is simple, consume fewer calories than you need and you will lose weight. It’s all about being in a calories deficit. But how do you know if you are in a calorie deficit? Well, thanks to the Sets & Reps app you can down workout your macros completely free!!!! Simply download the app and follow the question and let the app tell you how many calories you can eat to lose, gain or maintain your weight! We can show you your results in daily calories or break it down further into you macronutrients (Fats, Carbs and Protein)
All this is available to everyone for free, just download the app, fill out the form and start losing or gaining weight as you please, It is so simple.
The Custom Workouts
Our newest feature is custom workouts, simple answer 3 simple questions and we will build you the perfect workout. We have created this feature so that you can receive the perfect workout for that scenario.
These are brand new workouts and are designed with the questions in mind. We are looking to expand this and create more questions for a more personalised workout, letting you chose the perfect workout for you!
The Weight Tracker
Want to see your progress? Well, one of the many Sets & Reps Features is a weight tracker. Using the weight tracker you will be able to see the progress you have made. How far you have come and how much you have either gained or lost. Best bit? It is free for everyone! Type in your starting weight and get tracking. It doesn’t matter if you input every day, week or month. It will help you visualise your performance.
